Please deep freeze the henna cones immediately upon receiving them to preserve their freshness and staining quality.

Avoid repeated freezing and thawing, as this can negatively affect the texture and performance of the henna. Only remove cones from the freezer when you are ready to use them. For best results, allow the cone to thaw at room temperature before application.

Keep henna sealant in the refrigerator. Please review the care manual thoroughly which outlines the application procedure, pre and post-care instructions.

As per our sales policy, this product is non-refundable due to its perishable nature. We only sell fresh and chilled batches.

We primarily ship on Mondays and Wednesdays to avoid weekend transit delays.
