These terms are in place to ensure a smooth, professional, and respectful experience for both client and artist.

All henna services are available by appointment only and must be scheduled in advance. A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking. The remaining balance is due on the day of your appointment before the service begins. We accept payments via cash, bank transfer and mobile payment options.

We respectfully request prior notice for any cancellations or rescheduling of your appointment. Deposits are non-refundable, but with sufficient notice, they may be transferred to a future appointment subject to availability.

Our henna paste is handcrafted using 100% natural ingredients.If you have sensitive skin or known allergies please convey at the time of booking. By booking with us, you acknowledge that you are not aware of any conditions that may lead to adverse reactions. The Henna Girl is not responsible for any skin sensitivity or allergic reactions.

We welcome design ideas and inspiration from our clients. Final designs may vary slightly based on time, skin placement, and artistic interpretation. For bridal or group bookings, consultations are encouraged to align on expectations and schedule accordingly.

We offer home services for all appointments, parties, and events. A travel fee will apply depending on your location. This will be clearly communicated during the booking process. Please ensure that the venue is safe, well-lit, and has sufficient space for the service. We reserve the right to decline service at a location that is unsafe or unsuitable.

Clients are responsible for clean, product-free skin and disclosing any skin sensitivities or allergies in advance. Aftercare instructions will be provided and must be followed to achieve the best stain and longevity. Failure to follow aftercare guidance may affect your results, for which we cannot be held responsible.

With your permission, we may take photos of your completed henna design for use in our portfolio, website, or social media. These images will never be used for commercial resale. If you prefer not to have your photo taken or shared, please inform us at the time of your appointment.

We strive to provide a respectful, welcoming, and professional experience for all clients. Any inappropriate behavior, harassment, or refusal to follow our policies may result in immediate termination of service without refund. We reserve the right to decline or cancel any booking at our discretion.
